Overview

The IHF fluorinated pump is a single-stage, single-suction chemical centrifugal pump. It is designed and manufactured according to international standards and incorporates metal-lined fluorination processing technology. The pump body, impeller, pump cover, and other flow components in contact with the medium are all steel structures lined with fluoroplastics. The liquid does not contact any metal parts. The shaft seal uses an elastic bellows and a mechanical seal. Actual use shows that this pump has advantages such as corrosion resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, and long service life; it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, smelting, power, electroplating, dye, and pesticide industries. Under temperature conditions of -20℃ to +120℃, it can continuously transport strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, strong alkalis, strong fluorinating agents, organic solvents, and reducing agents of any concentration. It is a new energy-saving product used to replace IH stainless steel pumps and has a service life more than 4 times longer than stainless steel pumps.

The flow passage is entirely made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring extremely strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxic decomposition. Its service life is 3-4 times that of stainless steel pumps.
