Overview

Our company mainly produces FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy pumps, suitable for long-term conveying of strong oxidants and organic solvents with any concentration and without solid particles under the temperature condition of -30℃~160℃. The flow-through part is entirely made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring extremely strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxic decomposition, etc. Its service life is 3-4 times that of stainless steel pumps. FSB corrosion-resistant pumps are available in the following materials: fluoroplastic alloy, F46, F26 ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and reinforced polypropylene. Users can select the above materials according to the requirements of the chemical medium during selection, but must not use media that will chemically react with the above materials.

Applicable Media:

1. Fluoroplastic alloy, F46 material: Features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance below 120°, suitable for various strong acid and strong alkali corrosive chemical media.

2. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, F26 material: Features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and temperature resistance below 80°, suitable for various acid and alkali corrosive chemical media.

Feature 1: Direct-connected fluoroplastic alloy pump

The FSB direct-connected fluoroplastic alloy pump has sufficient flow rate and high head, good concentricity, and superior material. It is an ideal product to replace the old 102 and 103 type plastic pumps, with a service life 8 times longer than the old 102 and 103 type plastic pumps.
