What should I do if the product is damaged during transportation?

We use export-grade shockproof and moisture-proof packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will work with the logistics provider to quickly verify the situation and will either reship the product free of charge or arrange for repairs to ensure your rights are protected.

How can I ensure that the product arrives in my country on time?

We work closely with international logistics giants such as DHL and Maersk. Small orders utilize flexible production lines for quick changeovers, while large orders employ a multi-line parallel production model, ensuring timely delivery to over 120 countries and regions worldwide. Simultaneously, IoT tracking technology allows you to monitor the shipment status in real-time.

What is the usual order delivery cycle? What about urgent orders?

The standard order delivery cycle is 25 days. For urgent orders, we can achieve rapid delivery within 15 days thanks to our agile production system, ensuring your project progresses on schedule.

How is the price of a customized product determined?

Custom pump prices are determined comprehensively based on product type, specifications, material selection, and customization complexity. After fully understanding your needs, we will provide you with an accurate quote to ensure the best price-performance ratio.
