ZGB(P) type slurry pump

This series of slurry pumps are all cantilever, horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pumps. They are suitable for conveying abrasive and corrosive slurries. They can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, power, building materials and other sectors, especially for the conveying of power plant ash, and are an ideal pump for conveying slurry.

The main technical features of this series of products are as follows:
Using modern CAD design methods, excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate;
The flow passage is wide and unobstructed, with good anti-clogging performance and excellent cavitation performance;
Using a combination of impeller and packing seal and mechanical seal to ensure that the slurry does not leak;
Reliable design ensures a significant increase in the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the entire machine; using thin oil lubrication metric bearings, reasonably setting up the lubrication and cooling system to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperatures; the flow components use special materials with good wear and corrosion resistance;
After special treatment, it is used for seawater de-ashing and electrochemical corrosion conditions of seawater and salt spray;
Multiple units can be used in series within the allowable pressure range, and the maximum allowable working pressure is 3.6 MPa.

FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy corrosion-resistant pumps

Our company mainly produces FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy pumps, suitable for long-term conveying of strong oxidants and organic solvents with any concentration and without solid particles under the temperature condition of -30℃~160℃. The flow passage is entirely made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring extremely strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxic decomposition. Its service life is 3-4 times that of stainless steel pumps.
