Structural Features

The YZ slurry pump and sand pump use high-chromium alloy wear-resistant materials domestically for the flow components. The unique single-channel open or double-channel impeller structure with a reasonable volute allows the pump to effectively transport liquids containing solid materials, long fibers, and high viscosity. It also boasts high efficiency, good flow performance, non-blocking, and anti-winding advantages during use.

Based on the theory of SP and other slurry pumps and sand pumps, and after dedicated research by our company's technicians, we have improved the shortcomings of traditional submersible pump bearings being easily damaged by entering liquids, and developed an advanced submersible slurry pump and sand pump. The product's volume and weight have been optimized, making installation more convenient and flexible. After being launched to the market, its reliable and stable performance has been well-received by users.

FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy corrosion-resistant pumps

Our company mainly produces FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy pumps, suitable for long-term conveying of strong oxidants and organic solvents with any concentration and without solid particles under the temperature condition of -30℃~160℃. The flow passage is entirely made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring extremely strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxic decomposition. Its service life is 3-4 times that of stainless steel pumps.
