This series of pumps uses a unique impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, which can effectively transport materials containing solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, the pump impeller adopts a single-channel or double-channel form, similar to a bent pipe with the same cross-sectional size. It has very good flow performance, and with a reasonable volute, the pump has high efficiency. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance tests, ensuring vibration-free operation.

1. The large-flow, anti-clogging hydraulic component design significantly improves the ability to pass through waste materials, effectively passing fibrous materials 5 times the pump port diameter and solid particles approximately 50% of the pump port diameter.

3. The pump shaft is chrome-plated to improve the shaft's corrosion and wear resistance, significantly improving the overall pump's service life.

4. The cable and motor connection uses a rubber sleeve integral vulcanization technology, providing long-lasting and reliable waterproof performance.

5. The mechanical seal uses a double-series tandem seal, with hard, corrosion-resistant, cemented carbide material. It is durable and wear-resistant, allowing the pump to run safely and continuously for over 8000 hours.

Pump Operating Conditions

1. Medium temperature does not exceed 60℃, specific gravity is 1.0~1.3kg/dm³. 3 PH value is within the range of 5~9.
2. For pumps without an internal self-circulating cooling system, the motor part should not be submerged more than 1/2.
3. Generally, the pump should be used within the operating head range to ensure that the motor does not overload. If it needs to be used in the full head range, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can produce accordingly.
4. During operation, the pump motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor.
