Rectangular and conical shapes provide different options. Selection Method

(1) Meaning of 1-7 in the "Category Code" column of the performance parameter table: Type 1 is rectangular, Type 2 is conical, Type 3 is explosion-proof, Type 4 is outdoor, Type 5 is trolley-mounted, Type 6 is antifreeze, and Type 7 is multi-stage; in the "Material Code" column, T, G, PP, and BXG represent iron, steel (carbon steel, wear-resistant steel: JM3, JM6), reinforced polypropylene, and stainless steel (321, 304, 316, 316L), respectively.

(3) Complete model writing method. Suppose the pump requirements are: trolley-mounted type, reinforced polypropylene material, 40mm suction port diameter, and performance classification A. The complete model of this pump is "5PP40WFB-A".

Suppose the pump style is rectangular and explosion-proof, and other requirements are the same as above. The complete model of this pump should be written as "1.3PP40WFB-A".

Suppose the pump style is conical and outdoor, and other requirements are the same as above. The complete model of this pump should be written as "2.4PP40WFB-A".

(4) Flanges are manufactured according to the national standard of the People's Republic of China. Standard code GB115.2-88. The flange pressure of non-metallic pumps is 0.6 MPa; the flange pressure of metallic pumps is 1.0 MPa. When the pump leaves the factory, each inlet and outlet is equipped with a counter flange.

(5) Matching motor voltages are: 380V, 6000V, 10000V/50HZ. Users should select when ordering.
