Overview

Our factory currently produces seven types of PW and PWL sewage pumps: 2 1/2PW, 4PW, 2 1/2PWL, 6PW, 8PW, 6PW, and L8PWL. These are all improved products. They feature simple, reliable structures and convenient maintenance.

The 2 1/2PW, 4PW, 6FW, and 8PW are horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal sewage pumps; the 2 1/2PWL, 6PWL, and 8PWL are vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal sewage pumps. Suitable for pumping liquids below 80℃ containing fibers or other suspended solids; used by urban and industrial enterprises for sewage and fecal matter disposal.

This type of pump is not suitable for pumping acidic and alkaline liquids, or other chemical mixtures containing a large amount of salt that can cause metal corrosion. If such special needs are required, corrosion-resistant sewage pumps can be selected.

The 2 1/2PW, 2 1/2PWL, and 4PW pumps rotate clockwise when viewed from the drive end. The 6PW, 6PWL, 8PW, and 8PWL pumps rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the drive end.

The maximum flow rate of the pump can reach 12000 m³/h, and the pump head is generally below 100 m, covering all operating conditions of pumps used in desulfurization systems. It can be used as a large slurry circulation pump for absorption towers, limestone slurry transport pump, gypsum slurry discharge pump, recovery pump, sump pump, etc.

FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy corrosion-resistant pumps

Our company mainly produces FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy pumps, suitable for long-term conveying of strong oxidants and organic solvents with any concentration and without solid particles under the temperature condition of -30℃~160℃. The flow passage is entirely made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring extremely strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxic decomposition. Its service life is 3-4 times that of stainless steel pumps.
