PNJ and PNJF type glue pumps

PNJ and PNJF pumps are single-stage, single-suction, rubber-lined centrifugal pumps suitable for conveying slurries containing non-sharp solid particles. The maximum slurry concentration is 65% (by weight), and the temperature must not exceed 60℃. Both pump types have the same structural design but differ in materials. The PNIF pump is specifically designed for corrosive slurries.

Features and Applications

PNJ and PNJF pumps are single-stage, single-suction, rubber-lined centrifugal pumps that can transport various slurries containing non-sharp solid particles. The maximum slurry concentration is 65% (by weight), and the temperature should not exceed 60℃. Both pump types have the same structure but differ in materials; PNJF pumps are specifically designed for corrosive slurries.

Depending on the application, the pump shafts of PNJ and PNJF pumps are made of high-quality carbon steel and nickel-chromium steel, respectively. The casings are made of rubber-lined, wear-resistant, acid-resistant rubber and steel plate combinations. The impellers have cast steel frames (cast iron frames for 25PNJ and 25PNJF pumps) with wear-resistant rubber or wear-resistant, acid-resistant rubber linings.

PNJ and PNJF pumps have two different sealing structures: packing and auxiliary impeller (25PNJ and 25PNJF pumps only have auxiliary impeller sealing). Packing seals are generally supplied. If an auxiliary impeller seal is required, please specify during ordering. When using an auxiliary impeller seal, the inlet filling height should not exceed 5 meters of water column (1.5 meters for 25PNJ and 25PNJF pumps).
The discharge port of 2PNJB and 2PNJFB can be rotated in different directions at 45° intervals. The discharge port of 4PNJB and 4PNIFB can be rotated in different directions within a 270° range at 45° intervals. The discharge port of 6PNJB and 6PNJFB can be rotated in different directions within a 270° range at 30° intervals. The discharge port of 25PNJ and 25PNJF can be rotated at 90° intervals. Unless otherwise specified, the discharge port will be vertically upward.
The pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the drive end.
