Applications

1. ISG and ISWZ type vertical pipeline and horizontal close-coupled centrifugal pumps are used for transporting clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. They are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC circulation, bathroom cold and hot water circulation pressure boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature T < 80℃.
2. IRG (GRG) IRZ type vertical pipeline and horizontal close-coupled hot water (high-temperature) circulation pumps are widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressure boosting circulation and urban heating system circulation. IRG type operating temperature T < 120℃, GRG type operating temperature T < 240℃.
3. IHG, IHW, and IHZ type vertical pipeline and horizontal close-coupled chemical pumps are used for transporting liquids without solid particles, with corrosive properties, and viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature: -20℃ to +120℃.
4. YG and YZ type vertical pipeline and horizontal close-coupled oil pumps are used for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other petroleum products. The transported medium temperature is -20℃ to +120℃.

Operating Conditions

1. The highest working pressure of the pump system is 1.6 MPa, i.e., pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa (if the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6 MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering so that the pump's flow passage and connection parts can be made of cast steel during manufacturing).
2. The transported medium is clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water (if the transported medium contains fine particles, it should be specified separately when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be installed).
3. Ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃, and relative humidity does not exceed 95%.
