Overview

The FYS and FY corrosion-resistant submersible pumps are single-stage, single-suction, long-shaft submersible pumps. Their technical specifications conform to the ISO 5199 standard. They feature small size, high efficiency, good energy saving, and reliable operation. They are suitable for conveying corrosive media without solid particles or abrasives.

I. FYS fluoroplastic submersible pump: The main shaft is fully enclosed and plastic-coated. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic and 4-fluorine graphite pair. The pump body, impeller, and rear cover are made using a fixed mold. The impeller is sealed to the pump shaft with a left-hand screw thread, and the structure's liquid level section does not contact any metal.
II. Stainless steel submersible pump: The submerged part is made of stainless steel. Users should exercise caution when selecting materials. For chemical media that corrode stainless steel, such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, please consult before use.

The pump is designed for a working pressure of 1.6 MPa.

Pump performance range: Flow rate 1.6~1600m ³ /h, head 5-80m.

FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy corrosion-resistant pumps

Our company mainly produces FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy pumps, suitable for long-term conveying of strong oxidants and organic solvents with any concentration and without solid particles under the temperature condition of -30℃~160℃. The flow passage is entirely made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring extremely strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxic decomposition. Its service life is 3-4 times that of stainless steel pumps.
