LG, LGR, DL, and DLR series high-rise building water pumps are vertically mounted multi-stage centrifugal pumps widely used in domestic construction projects and various industries. They are high-efficiency, energy-saving products that are key promotion items of the Ministry of Mechanical Industry. This series of pumps features high efficiency, low noise, small size, light weight, small footprint, and convenient installation and maintenance.

This series of pumps are mainly used for domestic water supply, fire water supply in high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, municipal water supply and drainage, boiler feed water, chemical process supplementary water, and other occasions. The pump conveys clear water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. According to user requirements, by changing the material of the pump's flow components, corrosive liquids or finished petroleum products can be conveyed.

Flow range Q: 1m ³ /h~200m ³ /h (0.28l/s~55.6l/s)

Head range H: 14.9m~260m

Conveying medium temperature t: LG, DL type pumps ≤80℃; LGR, DLR type pumps ≤130℃

Permissible pump inlet pressure ≤0.6mpa (users must specify the pump inlet pressure when ordering)

Structure

This series of pumps are vertically mounted, single-suction, multi-stage, segmented centrifugal pumps. The pump is radially suctioned and radially discharged. The relative installation positions of the inlet and outlet are adjustable, and they can be installed at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° angles to each other.

Transmission

The water pump is driven by a vertically mounted electric motor installed on the top via an elastic coupling. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.

Our company mainly produces FSB and FSB-L type fluoroplastic alloy pumps, suitable for long-term conveying of strong oxidants and organic solvents with any concentration and without solid particles under the temperature condition of -30℃~160℃. The flow passage is entirely made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring extremely strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxic decomposition. Its service life is 3-4 times that of stainless steel pumps.
