The ZJQ and NSQ submersible slurry pumps and sand suction pumps are hydraulic machines where the motor and pump are coaxial and submerged in the medium. The pump's flow components are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloys, wear-resistant cast iron, and cast steel, with the material determined by the liquid discharged based on customer operations. The pump has a large flow passage and is suitable for transporting mud, ore pulp, coal slurry, sand and gravel, and other media containing relatively large solid particles. It can also be used for river dredging, sludge removal, fecal matter, slurry feed suction, irrigation, and sprinkling. It can also be used in municipal, chemical dyeing, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, and food industries, as well as for suction of high-concentration viscous sewage and sludge, pasty substances, etc. It is an important piece of equipment that cannot be replaced by submersible sewage pumps.

The Y-type submersible non-clogging sewage pump is rationally designed based on the WQ-type submersible sewage pump, according to user requirements and operating conditions, with different methods. This series of pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pumps. The flow components are made of steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is a new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps internationally. Its most prominent advantages are its superior wear resistance, impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance), creep resistance (resistance to environmental stress cracking), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.

The SYA filter press feed pump is a commonly used accessory for filter presses, mainly used to separate solid particles from water in the medium.

SP and SPR type submersible pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps, suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurry. The pump generally works immersed in a pool or pit. Submersible pumps are divided into SP type and SPR type, with the same structure. SP type flow components and shafts are made of metal, suitable for conveying corrosive slurry. SPR type flow components and shaft bushings are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber, suitable for conveying abrasive and corrosive slurry. SP and SPR type submersible pumps are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials and other sectors.

S, SH type pumps are single-stage, double-suction, and center-split casing centrifugal pumps used for pumping clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. For this pump type, when the head is between 9 meters and 140 meters, and the flow rate is between 126 cubic meters per hour and 12500 cubic meters per hour, the maximum liquid temperature should not exceed 80℃. They are suitable for use in factories, mines, urban water supply, power plants, large-scale water conservancy projects, agricultural irrigation, and drainage. The 48SH-22 type large pump can also be used as a circulating pump in thermal power plants.

Submersible pumps are a new type of water lifting machinery, composed of a submersible motor and a submersible pump. They are widely used in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, cooling systems, water supply and drainage, and agricultural irrigation. Its main features are that the motor and pump are integrated and submerged in water, eliminating the need for pump rooms and other structures. They are easy to use and maintain, highly efficient, and operate safely and reliably.

Our factory currently produces seven types of PW and PWL sewage pumps: 2 1/2PW, 4PW, 2 1/2PWL, 6PW, 8PW, 6PW, and L8PWL. These are all improved products with advantages such as simple and reliable structure and convenient maintenance.

PNJ and PNJF pumps are single-stage, single-suction, rubber-lined centrifugal pumps suitable for conveying slurries containing non-sharp solid particles. The maximum slurry concentration is 65% (by weight), and the temperature must not exceed 60℃. Both pump types have the same structural design but differ in materials. The PNIF pump is specifically designed for corrosive slurries.
